이용약관

총칙

본 약관은 주식회사 지니소프트(이하 “회사”)가 제공하는 게임 및 관련 서비스(이하 “게임”)에 대한 이용자(이하 “이용자”)와 회사 간의 권리와 의무, 책임사항, 기타 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

약관 동의 및 적용

이용자가 게임에 접속하거나 플레이함으로써 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다. 회사는 관련 법령에 따라 본 약관의 내용을 사전 고지한 후 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 게임 내 공지사항 등을 통해 게시됩니다. 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않을 경우, 이용자는 서비스 이용을 중단하고 계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.

서비스 제공 및 변경

회사는 게임 및 관련 서비스를 제공하며, 필요에 따라 서비스의 내용, 운영정책 등을 변경할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 회사는 사전에 공지하며, 이용자가 변경 내용에 동의하지 않을 경우 서비스 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다.

이용자의 의무

이용자는 다음과 같은 행위를 금지합니다:

• 타인의 권리 침해, 불법 프로그램 사용, 계정 거래, 현금거래
• 저작권 등 지적재산권 침해
• 서비스 운영 방해 및 회사, 타 이용자에 대한 피해 행위
• 기타 법령 및 공공질서에 위반되는 행위

계정 및 결제

이용자는 정확한 정보를 제공하여 계정을 생성하고, 본인의 계정을 안전하게 관리해야 합니다. 유료 서비스 및 유료 아이템의 결제는 선불제이며, 서비스 종료 등의 경우 사용하지 않은 유료 아이템에 대해 환불받을 수 있습니다. 단, 환불 기준 및 절차는 별도 공지사항을 통해 안내됩니다.

청소년 보호

만 19세 미만 이용자의 경우, 법정대리인의 동의가 필요합니다. 만 13세 미만 이용자는 원칙적으로 서비스 이용이 제한됩니다.

개인정보 보호

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 관련 법령 및 회사의 개인정보처리방침을 준수합니다. 개인정보처리방침은 회사 공식 홈페이지에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

안전 및 건강 주의사항

게임은 가상현실(VR) 및 증강현실(AR) 환경을 포함할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 플레이 중 주변 환경 및 자신의 안전에 주의해야 하며, 장시간 플레이로 인한 건강상 문제(멀미, 두통 등)가 발생할 경우 즉시 중단해야 합니다.

저작권 및 콘텐츠 이용

회사가 제공하는 모든 게임 콘텐츠 및 댄싱 애로우(Dancing Arrow) 관련 콘텐츠의 저작권은 회사 또는 해당 저작권자에게 있으며, 이용자는 이를 상업적으로 무단 사용, 복제, 배포, 변형할 수 없습니다. 게임 내 제공되는 K-POP 음악 및 기타 음악 콘텐츠는 한국음악저작권협회 등과의 계약을 통해 사용되며, 무단 사용 시 저작권법에 따라 처벌받을 수 있습니다.

이용 제한 및 계약 해지

회사는 이용자가 본 약관에 위배되는 행위를 할 경우, 사전 통보 없이 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 계약을 해지할 수 있습니다. 이용자가 이용계약을 해지하고자 할 경우, 회사에 요청하여 해지할 수 있습니다.

면책 및 책임 제한

회사는 천재지변, 서비스 장애 등 불가항력적인 사유로 발생한 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 또한, 회사는 이용자의 귀책사유로 인해 발생한 손해에 대해서도 책임지지 않습니다.

분쟁 해결 및 관할법원

본 약관 및 서비스 이용과 관련하여 발생한 분쟁은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해결되며, 관할법원은 광주지방법원으로 합니다.

부칙

본 약관은 2024년 1월 01일부터 시행됩니다.

General Provisions

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the user (the "User") and Geniesoft Co., Ltd. (the "Company") in relation to the game and related services (the "Game") provided by the Company.

Agreement and Application

By accessing or playing the Game, the User is deemed to have agreed to these Terms. The Company may amend these Terms in accordance with applicable laws, with prior notice, and the amended Terms will be posted through notices within the Game. If the User does not agree to the amended Terms, they may discontinue the use of the service and terminate the contract.

Provision and Modification of Services

The Company provides the Game and related services and may modify the content, operational policies, etc., as necessary. In such cases, the Company will notify Users in advance, and Users may discontinue the service if they do not agree to the changes.

User Obligations

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following acts:

• Infringing on the rights of others, using illegal programs, account trading, or cash transactions
• Infringing intellectual property rights, including copyrights
• Interfering with service operations or causing harm to the Company or other Users
• Violating laws or public order

Accounts and Payments

Users must provide accurate information to create an account and manage their accounts securely. Payment for paid services and paid items is made in advance, and unused paid items may be refunded in the event of service termination. Refund policies and procedures will be notified separately.

Youth Protection

Users under the age of 19 require the consent of a legal guardian. Users under the age of 13 are generally restricted from using the service.

Personal Information Protection

The Company complies with applicable laws and its Privacy Policy to protect Users' personal information. The Privacy Policy is available on the Company's official website.

Safety and Health Precautions

The Game may involve virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) environments. Users must be cautious of their surroundings and ensure their safety while playing. If health issues such as motion sickness or headaches occur, Users should immediately stop playing.

Copyright and Content Usage

All Game content and content related to Dancing Arrow are owned by the Company or the respective copyright holders. Users may not use, copy, distribute, or modify the content for commercial purposes without authorization. K-POP music and other music content provided within the Game are used under agreements with organizations such as the Korea Music Copyright Association. Unauthorized use may result in legal action under copyright law.

Restrictions and Termination

The Company may restrict or terminate a User's access to the service without prior notice if the User violates these Terms. Users may request termination of the service contract at any time.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for damages caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or service failures. The Company is also not liable for damages caused by the User's fault.

Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

Disputes arising in connection with these Terms and the use of the service shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with the Gwangju District Court as the court of competent jurisdiction.

Supplementary Provisions
